Shoulder injuries, car accidents and soreness due to posture and work ergonomics are common reasons people come to see Nick.
Nick has been a Registered Massage Therapist for more than a decade. He has helped clients recover from car accidents, sports injuries, aches and pains due to work and a host of other conditions.
He believes that proper treatment begins with a proper assessment, and includes education, modifications to acitivities and of course, stretching and exercise.
Aside from being an RMT, Nick has served as the chairman for the College of aAssage Therapists of BC, been a guest speaker at local schools, and built the largest massage clinic in the interior of BC, with over 25 RMTs on staff at its peak. He has personally mentored more than 50 RMTs. In late 2021, he closed his clinic and took a year off from massage, spending 2022 working with a local non profit and teaching financial literacy courses.
In early 2023, he turned down a teaching position at a massage college to pursue his next adventure in northern BC. He is excited to be in Prince George for the outdoor opportunities, and great fishing!

Lidija has been is celebrating her 10th year as Registered MAssage Therapist in 2023. During her career, she has been an RMT to amateur and professional athletes, actors, healthcare professionals and people from a variety of other careers.
Starting out in the spa industry before moving into medical massage, her treatment style combines proper assessment with effective techniques and homecare.
She has personally mentored dozens of RMTs, focused on helping them to integrate their school knowledge with effective techniues to get results.
She is excited to be in Prince George and finally get a chance to explore northern BC. When not doing massage, she spends her time baking sourdough bread, hiking and reading.
